In Germany, Austria, Finland and the Netherlands, bans or restrictions on the landfilling of composite waste are already in place. Furthermore, the European wind power industry has made a clear commitment: to reuse, recycle or recover 100 per cent of wind turbine blades decommissioned in Europe.
